Default Bard start to the morning!

I was getting ready to go to exercise class early this morning and noticed what looked to be 2 small drops of blood on the bathroom floor. I went and checked the pee pads and there was a large spot of what looked like solid blood. I checked the 3 that use the pee pads and when I wiped Cali it was bloody. SO off to the 24 hour ER vet. I get there find out the one vet I don't like is the only one on call. He did a urinalysis and ultrasound. The ultrasound showed a lot of debris in the bladder, blood clots etc. and what they thought was a small stone.I can't remember but I think he said they catheterized her and got the debris out and didn't see a stone. Thank God. Her Urine was full of white and red cells. He said no bacteria was found but that doesn't mean there isn't some. He said
Also alot of inflammation. So they are sending her urine out for culture to find the best medicine to put her on. They gave her Clavamox until they get the results back. Since she is on an immune supressor (Atopica) he wants her on an antibiotic for 2 weeks. I am leaving for Arizona Saturday and my daughter is coming to stay with the dogs. I hate leaving her a sick dog to care for but can't really cancel the trip. So we come home and they said to give the medicine with food. So the only canned food I have is Nikki's KD so I gave her a little to get her to take the pill and then a little more to give her something in her tummy. I gave Pixie and Roxie a little too but the KD is so rubbery like that the piece I gave Pixie must have been to big. I hear this clunk and turn around and Pixie is on her back choking. I grab her and turn her upside down and then tried clearing her throat. It must have gone down or up. She was breathing ok but totally freaked out, as was I. She wouldn't eat a treat or move. Finally after about 10 minutes my husband gave he a little piece of his toast and she ate it. She seem ok now. Please keep positive thoughts that Cali will clear up the infection clearly and they will all be ok while my daughter is watching them. Thanks
