I looked. I'm furious! HOW HOW HOW can any being DO this?? I will never understand this kind of torture. Whoever did this should be locked in a cell forever, with no access to another living creature ever.
I have a very soft spot for pitties. They are big lap dogs who only want to be loved and babied. It's people who've ruined parts of this breed.
JoAnn - chi's in shelters are rampant here! We hear often of chi's rescued in horrible/inhumane situations. I think it's worse (here) for pitties than it is for chi's.
