It's refereed to as Amber, yellow, redish, etc but I think orange is the same...you could get some really good technical answers in the breeder/show forums I bet too. I tried to avoid breeder sites for you...
From what I'm reading it's indicative of a "cottony" coat, (called many other things but here everyone seems to use the term "cottony") but I have wondered if eye shine is always true to coat coarseness (texture) or if the correlation is more so based on some other genetic result myself...
