I'd agree with this...it's almost as though you're not respecting her need to some private and family time.
If it isn't true and she's using that as an excuse to all your calls/emails you need to question why.
If you've been involved with the breeder and pup since it was days old and it's now due to come home it sounds like you may have inundated her with calls/emails --- give her a break. What else is there you need to know at this point? At this point you need to get the puppy home and then make a list of any
new questions and email them to her.
Long distance is expensive - which is another thing you should respect about her. Email her and ask when would be a convenient time for you to call her (your dime).
