I was playing tug of war with my 6 month old Yorkie when I noticed blood on the rope. I checked his mouth and I see a small place in the back with no tooth, and it's bleeding. When he was neutered last week the vet said he had no retained baby teeth. Does this mean he just lost an adult tooth? That would be really bad if he was losing adult teeth at this age!
