I am very glad that he came to you healthy and happy. These new little pups are a lot like human babies. I am sure you have your hands full. I am glad that tings worked out for you and the pup in the long run.
I think it would be very difficult to try and communicate through emails and phone calls... Before buying a pup. IMO, it would be scary to buy a puppy without metting the breeder and littler mates, and talking to the breeder face to face . That part makes me personally very uncomfortable. I think misunderstandings and unanswered calls or emails can be misunderstood easily.
However everything worked out great for you and your new puppy is in his new home , happy, healthy and full of joy. that is the most important part. Congradulations !
