You have a way of posting to bring peace and I believe everyone on here can agree to that.
I never have mentioned the breeder on a public post and I am now thinking I should not have mentioned it privately as well.
I was spooked and now know for all the right reasons. Many promises were broken and i feel that Niko was let down by her. He has absolutely nothing to remind him of his birthplace and siblings. I don't know if the person Niko was shipped with updated her after we came and picked him up, but she hasn't called me to see how everything is going or how he doing. Upsets me, she just appeared to care so much. Would rather have her honesty than her lies.
OAN:
Aniko is happy and healthy. He was very tired yesterday, slept soundly through the night. Woke up at about 1 after a potty break and thought it was play time, LOL.
But, I quickly convinced him otherwise after the lights went back off, LOL.
He didn't eat as much as I wanted him to, so I supplemented with nutri-cal. He slept with us (in his bed)...wanted to keep an eye on him and his behavior since he hadn't eaten. But, can't lie...using that as an excuse, b/c he will sleep with us all the time.
The vets were all closed by the time he arrived yesterday so this morning we went in to the vet. Says he is a healthy and cuddly puppy. Stools all check out well and no parasites, etc. Ooo's and Aaahh's all over the place. But who could resist that face.
We CANT!
