Is it unusual for Yorkies to not blink their eyes very often? Macy has always had wet fur on the side of her face since she was a puppy. I have tried every kind of food and bottled water thinking this may be the cause but with no success - still a wet face.

It was windy a couple of days ago and we went for a walk. When we got home her fur under her eyes was wet and her eyes were watery and didn't think too much about it. Today I was watching her as she was sitting beside me for about 5 minutes and she never blinked her eyes. I don't think I missed a couple of blinks because I was staring at her. If she does blink it isn't very often. Is this normal?
