Both of mine have the run of the house 24/7, so, I'm not sure that I can say that we're even on the same sleep/awake schedule !
I stay up late to watch TV, and sometimes both will stay downstairs with me, or, one or both will go upstairs and go to bed.
In the mornings (4.30 AM) My Male Sneakers is the very LAST to get up !
The next to last Potty break in the evening is at 8 PM, then another at 2 AM, so neither is "stressed" all that much. I have a Doggy Door which is open from 8 AM to 8 PM. So, I guess we really don't have a specific time to put them to bed, very elective, and, they sleep through the day as well.
