The vests sick of looking at me! Lol! I couldn't believe it either- her 1st 2 litters were of 6! And she's such a great wee mommy- a little to urgent during whelp though... Needs her head held back to let me at the pups to help!
That was my reckoning to- I Could have left it to see, but for the sake of £60 (it should have been £90, but we have spent a gd £600 in the last fortnight in there, so they were lovely enought to not charge for the scan) I thought it wasn't worth the risk... They are all rather tiny, but that's understandable- the littlest was 98g at birth!
Your probably right- that would make sense... So for future readers- big litter= vet asap!
littler litter= vet within 2 or so days... Missy would be in agony if she hadn't had the shot I imagine, but with new pups, they instinctively can't show it!
In a few weeks it's gonna be bedlam! But I still can't wait!!!
