Thanks for all the advice. I put the divider up in her crate to give her less room and that seems to help. Last night she slept from 10pm to 7:30 a.m. with no accident. Maybe it just happened a few times because of the sleeping environment switch.

We've also been trying to take her out around 10:30 if we're still up, even if it means waking her up. We take her on two 2-mile walks a day, so she's well exercised and so am I

I realize she still is only five months so hopefully she'll grow out of it in time. Just being patient and washing a lot of blankets! I know some people say not to put a blanket in the crate while training but I can't bear the thought of her laying on the hard plastic
