I agree, cannot imagine the girls aligning with Philip against Rob.
I keep forgetting to comment on Philip's habit of correcting the way everyone does everything, like micromanaging the way one girl was pouring water into the canteen. He is always wrong in his methods. The funniest instance was when he corrected Francesca using the spade to dig a hole in the first episode. Francesca was doing it correctly using her foot to drive the spade into the ground and Philip grabbed the spade and did it incorrectly using his arms and back to dig. That little scene said a lot about him.
