hi, i dont know anything about garlic powder preventing ticks but wanted to say welcome to YT. i am surprised you are finding ticks already. i'm in Worcester and most of the nights are still way below freezing here. my girls have never had a tick on them and they are all 3 years old. i guess it just depends on where they are walking. mine mostly stay in my own yard. i dont have them on any flea and tick preventative yet. i was thinking for this year i would start them sometime in may. i have some frontline to use up for the fist month and then i was going to buy some advantage, a good freind of mine had told me advantage, not advantix worked the best for her so was planning on going with that.
