 Unless it continues for an extended period, she should be fine soon. Just make sure she's getting plenty of water to prevent dehydration. Actually, she needs extra water at this time to aid in milk production. Also, make sure she's eating well for you. She's the milk factory for 4 now and needs plenty of water and nutrition for the job. Now is when you'll want to start the calcium supplements, too.
 
 Make sure to keep Sadie clean back there while she's having this issue. You may not want to do a full bath for a few more days, but at least give her a booty bath regularly. The pups will gravitate towards the smell and you don't want them up in that mess.

Missy is due any day now, and oh how I'm Not looking forward to her poo! Just make sure it doesn't go too runny, because then she could get a sore bum and have the poor mes, so not be as keen to nurse (my friends rottie had that problem)...
I have never had to give my girls any meds for it- just let their systems sort it (if it gets too bad it's up to the vet what I'd give them) but I would need to be goats yoghurt wouldn't it?
