Two items that caught my eye:

What I would do is go to preferably a show and try to handle lots of different makes of clippers, if that is not possible a large pet store that carries a few different brands.

Two reasons some I found awkward for my hands, (they are small) and I have arthritis to boot. The weights of different models are lighter heavier etc.
I have a mini cordless for Razz I quite like it is cordless which I really like. But there is not a lot I use the clipper for as he is in show coat.
