Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Its not quite as big as it looks in the picture. Its about 1/4" in size. I've been watching it a couple of weeks and don't believe it has grown any. All the little brown spots came up about the same time I think. It isn't raised, and it looks like its at the top of her spay incision which had been done about 1 1/2 yrs ago.
She acts totally fine in every way.

Any ideas what it is or something that should worry me?
