How come you dont want to use a pad inside it? I mean will that be worse on his urinary tract infections? Im just wondering so I can help think of a solution for you
I line my belly bands in fleece so they are more absorbant and softer but Im not sure wether thats the right kind of fabric you would want. I think Jodi makes hers so there is an extra absorbant layer in her bellybands.
