If it's bothering her by getting hung up on things, getting caught in her coat....it can be dangerous as she can rip it out, cause an infection.
My question to you is the dew claw solidly attached or does it appear to be loose and moveable......Either way...if it appears to be bothering her, have it removed....she will be put under for a maximum of 2 minutes.....and that's on the outside.....recovering time will probably be hours, healing 2 or 3 days.....
