In my experience a Yorkie takes longer than other breeds to crate train...just when you think they've got it down they have a "relapse"
Hang in there, give her a break from the crate maybe a week or so then start again.
It won't last forever...our Mia was the worst so messy didn't care. We ended up (after a long time of trying everything) giving her a break and buying a different style brand new (no smells) and that seems to have worked. Not in one night mind you but over time.
Just remember for all that you put into your young Yorkie (all the mess and energy) they will give you back their whole life for their entire life!!!
