I have had this Bissell for three years and love it. The only downside to me is having to change the reservoir more often than I did on my old cleaner (a hoover i think, can't remember now but it wasn't bissell. But it cleans up easily, has a nice stairway/ and corner attachment and imo, cleans the carpet very well!
