Steve, my understanding is some posts from new accounts are randomly screened and temporarily delayed to make sure they are from legitimate users. There's a significant spammer element. Once approved, they will appear where you posted them, and the screening process will expire after a short period. You can Private Message admin if you want to contact them directly.
