I'm not sure if you're aware, but, they make a Cutter for PVC,
which looks like a pair of Pruning Shears, makes it SO EASY to
cut and glue !

Yes, the Bed requires Assembly, but...
it isn't finished, so, you can stain/paint it to accommodate your decor.
