Your baby will still be exactly the same after her spay. It won't change her personality any - You will just be keeping her from getting moody when she is in season because she won't have any hormone shifts after her spay.
Your girl can have a boyfriend or a girlfriend as a companion and should love having a friend to keep her company and to play with. Just be sure to spay or neuter any pets you get.
