Thanks everyone I wrote down all the tips I have gotten and I'm gonna try one at a time until somethings works
If i could replace the sweatshirt I would But She picked it up at a goodwill right after she come to live with me It is mostly white but does have some pattern on it so I cant use bleach
Ill let everyone know how it goes but I am always open to more tips
