That's what I understood, too, as far as the claims-paying process but I thought the person primarily at fault for the occurance of the accident's insurance had full and final liability after all settlements and had to reimburse other insurance companies who had paid claims related to that accident, but am "shady" on that, basing it only what I've heard over the years and thanksully not through personal experience. I am so glad that she went for treatment but wow, sounds like PCP's office is kinda hard to deal with. I hope the little dogs are okay, too. Sounds like they all have some hard times to come for a while.
