Hi Sophie -- one more thing, I just realized you said that your girl was able to hold it for a long time when you had her on the pee pads and only after you switched to the crate did she begin to eliminate. I wonder if it's the change in sleeping that maybe has her anxious and wanting to pee? Just a thought...am sorry I didn't catch that the first time.
