First off wash all but white clothes in cold water. You simply must have a can of GOOP. It's fantastic at getting any stain out. I raised 6 sons and I couldn't count the different types of stains they ended up with. Work the GOOP into the stain and just let sit overnight.
For white clothes, first run them thru. a cold water rinse with a little BIZ or a little laundry detergent. Then run them in a hot water wash/cold rinse, with a little detergent and maybe about a 1/4 cup of bleach. Never put hot water on dry clothes because it only sets in stains.
