Ip Lots of YT in Il, they may be able to direct you to a good diagnostic vet...

I am so sorry for the struggle you & your little one are experiencing. One thing that has helped me is asking for a known vet of the YT members in your area who have had similar experiences. Often getting the right diagnosis is a matter of getting your baby to someone who really knows his or her stuff. YT members are from all over and are glad to assist you in finding the best vets for you. I hope your struggles resolve themselves soon and bless you for walking with your little one through this.
