I have had two yorkies comig up for a year now and they are 8 mths apart and very similiar in weight too. It certainly cured the lonliness for my little girl , they totally adore each other. I'm still as close to my little girl even though Olly has come along. The only difference for me has been its a little more worrying on walks when I need to pick two dogs up instead of one when the big bad doggies charge towards us lol other than that its brilliant!
