Has she ever had any abdominal xrays done? Dogs with LS usually have a smaller than normal sized liver. As Xrays aren't too expensive, maybe see if your vet could do one while waiting for the BAT. With a 2 pound dog, it would end up being a full body xray anyway and the vet could also rule out anything else that would be really obvious on the xray....

Many times dogs with LS can have frequent Urinary Tract Infections... and may tend to have other symptoms within 30 minutes of eating a meal. They can show slow growth rates from a puppy, have a poor coat, and tend to be skinny and hard to put weight on bc many can be picky eaters. Some tend to be very hyperactive, others can be quiet to the point of being lethargic.
