Everyone was nice and Roxie got every shot you could possibly need but.. after my year is up (she is a year old next week)I am switching to a Vet that is more personal. I always kinda of felt like I was a number. There was always a line to check in, I waited sometimes in the little room for up to 45 mins( a hour one time). It kind of reminds me of my HMO. It was worth the money though. Other than that I had no problems. I just want a Vet who knows me and knows my Roxie on a more personal level. It was missing that extra touch. I hope that makes sense to you.
I agree with this post..It isnt a very personal place, you kinda feel like a number.
