I'm not sure about personal photos taken by members. |
Intellectual property etc that has been openly posted here (unless otherwise copy written) is only authorizing YT, so unless YT gives permission for someone to use the photos they are protected...(now it's a tort issue which gets sideways often) but no one has to go out and copyright all their photos...and be in fear of them be used without recourse. But should be aware they can be taken and used; the means to get them back are less than easy. IMHO

California, Connecticut, Nebraska and Pennsylvania all have specific privacy policies regarding websites, these include:
(Calif. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 22575-22578) California's Online Privacy Protection Act requires an operator, defined as a person or entity that collects personally identifiable information from California residents through an Internet Web site or online service for commercial purposes, to post conspicuously its privacy policy on its Web site or online service and to comply with that policy. The bill, among other things, would require that the privacy policy identify the categories of personally identifiable information that the operator collects about individual consumers who use or visit its Web site or online service and third parties with whom the operator may share the information.
