I did get the Puppy Package for a year. I paid approx $330.00 and it covered everything for a year- complete check ups, shots, worming, spay, blood work, any office visit....etc and it was nice to not have to pay anything after that. Everyone was nice and Roxie got every shot you could possibly need but.. after my year is up (she is a year old next week)I am switching to a Vet that is more personal. I always kinda of felt like I was a number. There was always a line to check in, I waited sometimes in the little room for up to 45 mins( a hour one time). It kind of reminds me of my HMO. It was worth the money though. Other than that I had no problems. I just want a Vet who knows me and knows my Roxie on a more personal level. It was missing that extra touch. I hope that makes sense to you.
