Have you disinfected the carpet or kitchen floors? Your yorkie (and all dogs) have a very good since of smell and although you clean up there accidents, they can still smell the pee on the floor. I have found that they bell system seems to work well for stubborn yorkies who are hard to potty train. Also, QVC has a great product called Pet Safe Odor Crontrol and Cleaner that works well for getting rid of pet urine and the smell.
