I have never noticed any noise coming from any of my 6, ever. I would say a vet visit is the only choice. It could be luxating pattella. That does not explain the back. Where did you get the puppy? Did you ask the breeder? You should of taken the puppy for a check up with in the first week or so. Was it like that then? Good Luck and Welcome
