Salmon Fish Cakes This recipe is so easy and quick to make. Angel loved it!!
1. Raw pink salmon: One Half of One Pond
2. Carrots: Two Thirds of amount of salmon
Directions:
Boil carrots in a microwave or in a pot until they are soft. Mix boiled carrots with a fork until it becomes a pure.
Cut salmon on a very small pieces (quarter of an inch size)
Mix salmon with carrots
Put oven on 350 Bake
Make 1.5 or 2 inch diameter cakes and put into oven for 10-15 minutes or until salmon is fully cooked.
