Sometimes those neck injuries don't show up at first - it can take up to 2 weeks or so for some strains or sprains of the cervical spine to manifest. There can be headaches, dizziness, nausea, neck, arm pain, N&T, muscle spasm, etc., so if she starts developing those symptoms, make her go in. A true neck injury is nothing to sneeze at. I am so sorry for the bad news about the two dogs, too. Truly, sometimes you just wonder why things get so bad sometimes.
