I'd still be afraid of dehydration if she has vomited and had diarrhea today. My Yorkies were always so easily dehydrated when either vomiting or having diarrhea despite eating and drinking, they could not keep up sometimes. So many things could be causing these symptoms that only the vet can say what is really going on. I hope it is nothing very bad and she is back in top form very quickly. When you said "Please help!" you sounded scared. You are both in my prayers and let us know how she is doing.
