The Strangers is inspired by a true story (inspired, but not based upon). When/if you watch it, see if you can guess what it might be inspired by. I had to look it up afterward bc it said 'inspired by'. Very creepy movie. It even freaked the hubby out. I had a nightmare about it several months after I saw it. Still, it was a good movie
