Awww. She is missing her littermates; brothers and sisters. They probably helped to keep her warm at night. I second the idea of an old t shirt of yours; a stuffed toy; warm water bottle (never tried that).
Also, is her pen in your room? It might help if she could see you at night.
If all else fails, she can always sleep with you!
