AAI can be diagnosed with an xray which was done. The specialist is suspicious of another problem that can only be diagnosed with an MRI.
Nothing happened to this pup. She has a congenital problem that was not apparent until after the spay. I imagine it had to do with the positioning when she was intubated....that probably made her pain come about but certainly did not cause the condition.
