I once tried feeding Sasha NV raw chicken. She ate it for a few days and then became uninterested in the food. I tried switching protein sources but even that didn't do the trick so I took her off of this food. A few years later, I kept reading about many members using primal raw and raving about it so I decided to try it. I was hesitant because of how she was with NV but decided to give it a try anyways. She has been eating it for 5 months now and hasn't hesitated once. I'm not sure if there was something wrong with the food I had or if she just in general didn't like the food. She never got sick on it and I never experienced any issues with the food for the short time she ate it. I know other members here use this food with no issues so I'm sure the food wasn't the problem. I'm so sorry for your loss. |
