Hi ~ actually we live in Pasco and the park is one in our neighborhood! He was most definitely not off leash. There is a large pond and it is rumoured that an alligator lives there. I do NOT want to find out if that is true or not so we stay far away from the banks which are sloped. They just happen to have this really pretty area with benches all around the pond. It's beautiful and Teddi just loves it!
We haven't been to a dog park with him yet. I'm a bit apprehensive and probably too protective not to mention crazy busy!!
