 To Address Some Concerns
Thank you all for your concern and great suggestions for helping me resolve this issue. I truly appreciate all of your concerns and respect towards the matter.
I wanted to let you all know what is going on:
I have spoken with the breeder, and like some of you have offered, she has been at her wits end with the passing of a loved one as well as getting all of her puppies papers (AKC, shot records, health certificate, & contract) together, in addition to preparing for a show down in Texas (Fort Worth, I believe). She has explained to me that she will be sending the a scan of the vet records and sending the originals tomorrow before the pup comes. Just in case the pup beats the mail, is the reason for the scan she is doing tonight. She will also be attaching the contract...I print it out and send it back to her, and she sends hers with the shot records tomorrow. (That way we both will receive sign copies from the other party.) She has apologized for way she has made me feel, but is happy that I am still overjoyed and excited to receive little Niko. She has stated other precautions to take and that she will make herself available anytime once I get him. He is currently happy and healthy and enjoying playtime with brother, sisters, and parents. She says that they go bonkers running from one end to the next after their parents and each other. He is just a spunky little boy. I asked her once again about how safe him flying would be and she assured me that she has shipped plenty of pups without a hitch and new pet parents being very pleased with the service on the plane. And at the time of his arrival she will be giving me a call to make sure everything is going well.
I believe I have addressed the most apparent concerns you guys have.
