Yes, this was my 1st year using E-file. It was suppose to be deposited on 2/20, so I have waited patiently....nothing. Looked on
www.irs.com site today, under "where's my refund" put in all the info they requested, then I got a code that said call irs.
I called and he said since you can't sign you E-file you have to put in a pin# or you can enter your last years (09) gross income. Instructed me to go back in and enter either one and resend it.
Did that this evening, should work now.
