My vet sent me an ID card for Jack. I guess Josie will get hers when she gets her updated shots in June.
Its really neat. It has his picture, his name, his shot dates, his microchip #,
his rabies tag # his breed, sex, and states he is neutered. On the back is the vet's info, like a business card.
It is laminated. I thought this was a great idea. Something inexpensive you could do at home and keep in your wallet. Then you have all the info on you at all times. |
