I'm sorry to hear about the breeder, PLEASE talk to the breeder about refunding your money. Actually they wouldn't be out anything by giving you your money back. It will help you with the expenses.

I have been showing and breeding for over 30 years now and I would just DIE if this was happening to me and you'd better believe you would have your money back and a PUPPY when you were ready for another!!
