You actually would cut a microchip out of your little dog and call it "not at all detrimental"? I had a tiny growth taken from my face by a plastic surgeon under completely sterile conditions but the local did not "take" appropriately and it hurt so badly I cried! I would have screamed but I didn't want to scare the surgeon and cause him to jerk his hand! Plus, that operated site was painful for several days and it was just on the skin surface - not buried beneath as a microchip. Oh, I would call surgery on one's own dog to remove a microchip abuse! Are you sure you aren't just angry and saying mean things just to shock?!?! You would not really take a knife to your little pet would you?
