No- sadly- I have paid almost as much to take them under my seat as I have paid for my own seat, so I would gladly do it. Its not fair at all. They let toddlers ride free on their parents lap- toddlers who kick the seats in front of them and the people next to them- yet dogs must be stuffed under the seat in front of you, no exceptions! Ooops- guess you can see you struck a nerve
