We had the same situation with Lucy. We bought pads just for that reason...so we wouldn't have to take her out in the rain...but she hasn't figured out how to use it yet. We bought a big umbrella and we put on her coat to take her out in the rain. Just recently, we found doggie raincoats at Dollar Tree and snatched one up. She absolutely does not like her little feet to get wet...such a diva. She has been quite stubborn about going in the rain before but lately she's gotten much quicker about it. I hope the rain stops for you soon!!

Scooter and Sadie would not go out in the rain either and I to found the same rain coats at the dollar tree and when I put them on they seem to be ok with the rain. I only paid a dollar for them and they work great.
